André Seidenberg ejerce de médico de cabecera en Zurich, Suiza. Dirigió las clínicas ZokL1, que ofrecía un tratamiento de mantenimiento con metadona (programa de bajo umbral) y ZokL2, la primera clínica que proporcionaba un tratamiento diversificado de mantemiento con opioides dentro del marco del llamado ´ensayo de heroína´ (PROVE) que tenía lugar en Suiza.
Ueli Honegger es profesor de Farmacología en la Universidad de Berna, Suiza. Además de llevar a cabo trabajos de investigación en laboratorio, dirige ungrupo de investigación neurofarmacológica.
Este manual está basado en la experiencia del ensayo-PROVE (el llamado ´ensayo de heroína´ de Suiza) de la Oficina Federal de Salud Pública. Se trata deuna verdadera guía para prescribir diversos tipos de opioides y contiene todoel conocimiento práctico y teórico necesario para comenzar a utilizar este método. El ensayo multicéntrico que tuvo lugar en Suiza demostró que la prescripción de heroína supone una gran ventaja a la hora de captar nuevos segmentos de la población adicta a los opioides para que comiencen un tratamiento sostenido y mejoren así su situación. En las páginas de este manual encontrará cómo hacerlo y por qué, además de las indicaciones prácticas básicas para poner en práctica un programa ´únicamente´ basado en la metadona, si así lo desea.

Dans cet ouvrage, différents chercheurs ont esquissé, par des approches culturelles, épistémiques et épistémologiques plurielles, un état des lieux sur le rapport aux savoirs qu'entretiennent les étudiants dans l'enseignement supérieur à l'ère du numérique. Des méthodes quantitatives, et qualitatives ont été utilisées pour mieux appréhender ce nouveau groupe d'étudiants (non-héritiers), issu dans sa majorité des effets de la massification.
La conjugaison de ces deux approches permet de comprendre pourquoi et comment les "nouveaux étudiants", hétérogènes socialement et culturellement entrent dans l'acte d'apprendre. Leur rapport aux savoirs est-il si différent de celui de leurs aînés ? Quel sens donnent-ils à leurs études ? Quel rapport entretiennent-ils avec l'enseignement supérieur ? Qu'est-ce qui se joue dans l'acte d'apprendre ? Les chercheurs, dans cet ouvrage, contribuent à une restitution originale des propos tenus par les étudiants sur leurs représentations des savoirs et leurs manières d'apprendre.
